For your comfort and health it is important to make sure you get the correct size bra. take a few moments to check out your vital statistics. There are TWO measurements; the BRA size and the CUP size. First ensure you are not wearing a padded bra. Then,using a tape, just measure around the rib cage in centimetres just beneath the bust (measure 1).This is your BRA size. Next, again in centimetres, measure around the bust at its fullest part (measure 2) – this is your CUP size. Use table A to find your bra size. Once you have this, use table B to check your cup size.
